BODYPUMP
Total-body strength training using barbells, weight plates, and bodyweight exercises to improve functional fitness.
Bring: Water, towel, and comfortable attire.
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
A functional fitness class with short bursts of intense activity to build strength and cardio endurance.
Bring: Water, towel, tennis shoes, and comfortable attire.
RPM/SPRINT
High-intensity, non-impact indoor cycling to boost cardio endurance and lower-body strength. SPRINT is a 30-minute interval-based class.
Bring: Water, towel, clip-in or regular cycling shoes, and comfortable clothing. Padded shorts are optional.
Dance Fitness
