Water Fitness

Aqua Conditioning

Low-impact water aerobics for all levels, designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, balance, and range of motion.
Bring: Swimwear, towel, water, and water shoes are recommended.

Hydro Fit

A low to medium intensity water aerobics class that challenges strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness with the low-impact support of water.
Bring: Swimwear, towel, water, and water shoes are recommended.

Strength & Cardio

BODYPUMP

Total-body strength training using barbells, weight plates, and bodyweight exercises to improve functional fitness.
Bring: Water, towel, and comfortable attire.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

A functional fitness class with short bursts of intense activity to build strength and cardio endurance.
Bring: Water, towel, tennis shoes, and comfortable attire.

Indoor Cycling

RPM/SPRINT

High-intensity, non-impact indoor cycling to boost cardio endurance and lower-body strength. SPRINT is a 30-minute interval-based class.
Bring: Water, towel, clip-in or regular cycling shoes, and comfortable clothing. Padded shorts are optional.

Dance & Fun Cardio Workouts

Dance Fitness

Energetic, dance-based cardio to keep your heart rate up and have fun while exercising.
Bring: Water, towel, and athletic or dance shoes. Hip scarf is optional.

Yoga

Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Power Yoga

Our mind-body classes focus on balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation.

  • Chair Yoga uses support for seated and standing poses.
  • Power Yoga incorporates more advanced movements to build strength and flexibility.
