Water Fitness

Water Aerobics

Strength & Conditioning

Muscle Conditioning

A 1-hour total-body workout designed to build strength and endurance using low-impact, easy-to-follow movements suitable for all levels.

Total Body Tone

A 1-hour strength training class using a barbell and weight system that can be customized for any fitness level. A fun and effective way to improve overall strength and muscle tone.

Boot Camp

Cardio Burn

A 30-minute, high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to keep your heart rate elevated and build cardiovascular strength.

Circuit Training

A 30-minute, high-intensity session rotating through a variety of exercises—like tire flips and battle ropes—to keep your workouts exciting and your muscles guessing.

Cycling

Registration is required and the class cost is $120.
