Water Fitness

Aqua Fit

Low-impact water aerobics for all levels, designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health and strength.
Bring: Swimwear, towel, water, and water shoes are recommended.

Strength & Cardio

Bells and Kicks

A full-body workout using kettlebells, dumbbells, and/or barbells with kickboxing moves to boost metabolism, burn calories, and build strength.
Bring: Water, towel, and comfortable athletic shoes.

Box to the Beat

A total-body, no-contact boxing workout with punches, kicks, and blocks that elevate your heart rate and improve speed, balance, and coordination.

Cardio Burn

A high-energy cardio class designed to elevate your heart rate while improving cardiovascular endurance and strength. Various equipment may be used.
Bring: Water, towel, and tennis shoes.

Circuit Training

Rotate through a series of exercises that target different muscle groups in short intervals to raise your heart rate and increase metabolism.
Bring: Water, towel, and comfortable attire.

Indoor Cycling

A non-impact cardio class performed on a stationary bike to enhance lower body strength and endurance.
Bring: Water bottle, towel, and tennis shoes.

Step N Sculpt

Medium-impact step aerobics to upbeat music, followed by strength work using dumbbells and bodyweight exercises.
Bring: Water, towel, and tennis shoes.

Total Body Conditioning

Full-body workout targeting all major muscle groups using bodyweight and equipment like dumbbells, tubing, balls, and resistance bands.
Bring: Water, towel, and comfortable attire.

Dance Fitness

Dance Fitness

Core & Interval Training

Core 30

Thirty minutes of focused core exercises to strengthen and stabilize your midsection.
Bring: Mat, water, and towel.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

A total-body workout alternating short bursts of intense exercise with brief recovery periods to improve strength and cardiovascular fitness.
Bring: Water, towel, and tennis shoes.

Beginner-Friendly Classes

Mindful Stretching

A low- to medium-impact class focused on flexibility and relaxation through full-body stretching. Can be done on a mat or in a chair.
Bring: Mat or towel, water, and comfortable attire.

Exercise is Medicine

Low-impact fitness class for seniors and new exercisers designed to improve balance, flexibility, and strength.
Bring: Water, towel, comfortable attire, and tennis shoes.
