FirstHealth Fitness Pinehurst offers different categories of membership to help meet your needs.

Are you ready to join? Fill out this physical activity readiness form and bring it with you to the center. The form is required for all new members.

Membership Rates

Community Total Health (12‑month contract)

  • Individual: $67/month

  • Couple: $124/month

  • Child (8–21): $20/month

Community Fitness

  • 12‑month: Individual $56, Couple $104, Child $20

  • 6‑month: Individual $60, Couple $112, Child $20

Corporate/Military/Senior Total Health

  • Individual: $62, Couple: $116, Child: $20

Corporate/Military/Senior Fitness

  • 12‑month: $53 (individual), $98 (couple), $20 (child)

  • 6‑month: $57, $106, $20

Military Rate: $53/month (must be active duty)
Student Rate: $56/month (must have current school ID)

Membership Categories

Total Health Membership: 12-month contract
In addition to Fitness membership benefits, Total Health members receive an initial health assessment, four personal training sessions, six nutrition sessions and the kid center fees are included. Total Health is ideal for those who would like to take a comprehensive approach to their health and wellness goals.

Fitness Membership: 12 or 6-month contract
Designed for the more independent exerciser, this plan offers unlimited access to the facility and group exercise classes. Members receive an initial fitness assessment and two 30-minute follow up appointments. Kid center fees are not included.

Student, Military and Monthy Memberships
These are pre-paid, temporary memberships that do not require contracts. These members have full access to the facility, access to fitness coaches and group exercises classes. Kid center fees are not included.

Guest Options
Members may bring guests for a discounted rate. Ten-visit cards are $99 and have no expiration date. Daily guest passes are available for $15.

    Expectant parents will learn what to expect in the latter stages of pregnancy, when to go to the hospital, different stages of labor and what happens during delivery.

    The group offers a safe and welcoming space to talk about postpartum care, breastfeeding stressors, change in identity/role and the importance of sleep and self-care.

    Expectant parents will learn the benefits of breastfeeding, positions to use while breastfeeding, feeding patterns, pumping and introduction of bottles.

    The goal of the class is to provide specific information about the latter stages of pregnancy, labor and delivery, a tour of the Women and Children’s center, as well as what to expect following delivery.

    The goal of the series is to provide specific information about the latter stages of pregnancy, labor and delivery, a tour of the Women and Children’s center, Infant CPR and Choking, newborn care, car seat safety, as well as what to expect following delivery. Registration is required and the class cost is $120.
