All new mothers are welcome in the New Mother Support Group. The group offers a safe and welcoming space to talk about postpartum care, breastfeeding stressors, change in identity/role and the importance of sleep and self-care. This group is FREE and offered the third Thursday of the month from 1 to 3 p.m.
