Detecting lung cancer early could save your life and our lung cancer screening bus is coming to your community. Complete our form to see if you qualify for a lung cancer screening. Preregistration is required. Most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare, are accepted for screenings. Financial assistance is available if needed.
In the event of inclement weather or mechanical issues, patients will be contacted directly about schedule changes.

Participants are required to meet all of the following criteria:
- Being between 50 and 80 years of age
- Being a current smoker or having quit smoking in the past 15 years
- Having a 20-pack-year smoking history
- Not having a health problem that limits life expectancy or the ability to have surgery if cancer is found.
