All recovery paths are welcome.

This is a support group for individuals struggling with addiction and/or in active recovery. The session is led by individuals in recovery who are certified peer support specialists. It is intended to be a judgement-free forum where people can come together, share with and support one another. This is not a clinical group or a 12-step program. Since everyone’s recovery journey is different and unique, this group provides a space where all recovery paths can feel respected and welcome (including MAT - Medicated Assisted Treatment). This group is made up of people who share a common goal - to live a positive productive life without the need to misuse substances. Addiction is a serious disease, individuals must take action to reclaim their lives and having the support of others with lived experience is a fundamental part of recovery.

  • This group respects people’s privacy. Trust is key to being open and honest so please do not repeat what is said in group to others. If you know things about someone in the group,
please keep that information confidential unless you have their permission to share it.
  • Judgement-Free Zone. Recovery journeys are as unique and different as the people living them, so let’s show respect to all and refrain from passing judgement.
  • Limit sharing to 5 minutes so that everyone gets a chance to speak.
