Medication Assistance
Skipping doses? Choosing between meals and meds? Worried about how you will pay for your prescriptions?
The FirstHealth Medication Assistance Program helps patients obtain medications from pharmaceutical companies for chronic diseases including asthma, chronic bronchitis, congestive heart failure, COPD, diabetes, emphysema, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

Who is eligible for the Medication Assistance Program?
Any patient who is uninsured and doesn't have prescription drug coverage or a Medicare Prescription drug plan, but meets financial qualifications established by the individual pharmaceutical companies.
A member of the program staff will schedule your first appointment to see if you qualify and complete necessary paperwork.
