Emergency Department Wait Times
ED wait times are approximate and provided for informational purposes only. Please be advised that the wait times can change significantly and immediately, without warning, and therefore are not guaranteed. The provision of the wait times on the FirstHealth website should not be considered medical advice or as a recommendation of one emergency department over another.
You will be seen and assessed by a triage nurse who has been specially trained in emergency care. That nurse will follow a standard assessment to determine, based on your condition, the order in which you will be seen. People who require the most urgent care will be treated first. However, everyone will be treated as soon as possible.
The ED wait time represents the time it takes from arrival until the patient is placed in a room. It represents an average wait time over the last three hours and is updated every 30 minutes.
Convenient Care Wait Times
