Securely access your Personal Health Information any time, anywhere.
Before registering at www.myhealthcareportal.org, there are a few things you should know:
- Your information is obtained from your FirstHealth of the Carolinas electronic medical record. It does not include information from non-FirstHealth physician offices and clinics.
- When prompted to link to your provider, you should select one of the four FirstHealth hospitals depending upon where you receive your care. If you receive care at multiple FirstHealth hospitals, you will need to link to them individually. Add the first hospital, and then search again for an additional FirstHealth hospital to which to link. The ability to link to individual FirstHealth physician providers will be available at a later date. In the meantime, you will need to link to your FirstHealth hospital of choice.
- The patient portal was launched July 1, 2014. Therefore, the only results or summary of inpatient care information available will be from care received July 1, 2014 or later. Information from FirstHealth physician offices is expected to be available from October 1, 2014 on.
- Until you are linked to a FirstHealth hospital, you will receive email communications from RelayHealth on behalf of FirstHealth. RelayHealth is the web-based service FirstHealth uses to communicate securely with patients.
