Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy can help you live as independently as possible, whether pain, illness or disability make it difficult to live the life you love.

Occupational Therapy to Help With Daily Activities

If you experience post-surgical pain, illness, developmental delays or other problems that make daily living difficult, our experienced therapists will work with you to regain mobility and strength. We will help you learn, or re-learn, the skills needed to carry out basic everyday activities and to improve your quality of life. Occupational therapy can help with activities like:

  • Eating or cooking a meal without help from others
  • Performing household chores, such as laundry
  • Dressing, bathing and other self-care activities
  • Taking part in leisure activities
  • Using assistive devices, such as wheelchairs and walkers
