Did you know that we offer pregnancy and birth-related classes?

We offer a selection of classes throughout the year, tailored to both new and experienced moms. Our offerings include a One-Day Prepared Childbirth class, a series of comprehensive childbirth preparation classes, childbirth basics, and a breastfeeding education class.

  • Lung Screening
  • New Mother Support Group

    The group offers a safe and welcoming space to talk about postpartum care, breastfeeding stressors, change in identity/role and the importance of sleep and self-care.

  • Breastfeeding Education Class

    Expectant parents will learn the benefits of breastfeeding, positions to use while breastfeeding, feeding patterns, pumping and introduction of bottles.

  • One-Day Prepared Childbirth Class

    The goal of the class is to provide specific information about the latter stages of pregnancy, labor and delivery, a tour of the Women and Children’s center, as well as what to expect following delivery.

  • Prepared Childbirth Series

    The goal of the series is to provide specific information about the latter stages of pregnancy, labor and delivery, a tour of the Women and Children’s center, Infant CPR and Choking, newborn care, car seat safety, as well as what to expect following delivery. Registration is required and the class cost is $120.
