Understanding the Cost of Functional Medicine

FirstHealth Functional memberships and visits are not billed to insurance and there may be additional fees for specialty labs and processing. Members may be able to process traditional labs, imaging and medications through their insurance provider.

Please contact the office to schedule a meet and greet, to have an initial introduction with our providers and to help determine if a functional membership is the right fit. Our providers can help identify which plan is the best fit for your needs.

Functional Wellness Membership

Designed to provide a functional medicine support for advanced preventive care, age management and support for routine clinical issues such as gut health, autoimmune and support for traditional primary care.

Comprehensive initial visit (in person/telehealth)
Quarterly follow up visits as recommended with care team in person or televideo
Care coordination
Four sessions cryo chamber, infrared sauna or InBody scanner (can mix and match)

The Functional Wellness membership costs $2,500 annually.

Functional Intensive Membership

Designed to provide medical management for individuals with complex multisystem illnesses such as chronic mold toxicity, chronic tick-borne illnesses, mast cell activation syndromes, chronic fatigue and post COVID syndromes. This program provides active management and in-depth treatment of these highly complex illness cases.

Monthly follow up visits as needed with care team in person or televideo
Care coordination

The Functional Intensive membership costs $4,500 annually.
