Speakers: 
Sun Moon Kim, M.D.

Dr. Kim received his medical degree and completed his internship at St. George’s University School of Medicine in the West Indies. He completed his residency at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY, and his Fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology at the University of Kentucky, Lexington, KY and Structural Heart Disease at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC. He is certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology, and is currently with FirstHealth of the Carolinas, in Pinehurst, NC.

Dinah Welch, PhD, FNP-BC, MPH
Dr. Welch completed her BSN, MSN, FNP and PhD at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. She also completed her Master in Public Health at the University of Florida. She is currently the director and the advanced practice practitioner for the FirstHealth Heart Failure Clinic in Pinehurst, NC.

• Identify patients who can benefit the most with participation in Heart Failure Clinic.
