Our healthy kitchen classes are designed to teach healthy living techniques in a fun, community-based atmosphere.
Classes meet once a week for one hour over a six-week period. After each class, participants will have the knowledge and skills to prepare the recipes learned in class at home.
Each participant will:
- Learn to cook tasty, healthy and inexpensive meals.
- Be informed of good nutrition for you and your family.
- Learn how to get the most food for your money.
- Enjoy delicious food!
