Speaker David F. Martin, M.D. Dr. Martin completed his medical degree at Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at USAF Medical Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Dr. Martin completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. Dr. Martin is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology and is professionally associated with Pinehurst Medical Clinic.
