New Health Educator Joins FirstHealth Community Health Services

PINEHURST – Samantha Allen has joined the FirstHealth Community Health Services health programs team as a community health educator.
Allen received a B.S. degree with a concentration in community health education from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, in Wilmington, North Carolina, and a Master of Human Services (MA) from Liberty University.
Originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina, Allen is a registered clinical health and wellness concepts educator, as well as a tobacco cessation facilitator and certified disease intervention specialist.
Her experience includes health education for Perdue Farms in Dillon, South Carolina and the Army Wellness Center in Fort Bragg.
Allen will serve Moore, Montgomery, Hoke and Richmond counties, educating the residents of those communities on the importance of healthy behaviors.
