PINEHURST – A certified physician assistant with 23 years of experience in both family and emergency medicine will join Pinehurst Anesthesia Associates on Sept. 1.
Steven B. Collins, PA-C., will evaluate and treat patients with painful conditions of the back, neck and joints at the FirstHealth Back & Neck Pain clinics in Pinehurst, Raeford and Sanford.
A graduate of Alderson-Broaddus College in Philippi, West Virginia, with a B.A. in physician assistant studies, Collins is currently working toward an M.S. degree in medical science from the University of Nebraska School of Medicine.
Before joining Pinehurst Anesthesia Associates, he was a physician assistant with FirstHealth Richmond Family Medicine in Rockingham and with Sandhills Emergency Physicians.
