Add a Little PLAY to Your Day! Being fit can be fun.

FirstHealth Community Health Services has developed a free program that will teach you how to PLAY and learn how to stay motivated. Designed for those who are sedentary, PLAY mixes cardio, strength and flexibility activities. Each week you will receive a tool or strategy to help you meet your fitness goals.

You also will receive a free work-out bag, step counter, resistance bands, set of fitness playing cards and a fitness t-shirt for being active in the program.

These free classes meet 1 to 1 1/2 hours per week for six weeks.
