FirstHealth of the Carolinas celebrated the upcoming opening of the new FirstHealth Convenient Care and Family Medicine office in Whispering Pines with a Tuesday, July 1, ribbon-cutting ceremony. Here, Convenient Care clinic manager Lisa Hanna, R.N., cuts the ribbon as it is held by Mike Ianucilli of HomeChoice Network Inc. (at left) and Family Medicine provider Todd Nicholson, PA-C (at right). Others participating in the program included Dan Barnes, D.O., president of the FirstHealth Physician Group; Whispering Pines Mayor Bob Zschoche; Al O’Connell, of FirstHealth Family Medicine Operations; and Linda Parsons, interim president and chief executive officer of the Moore County Chamber of Commerce. FirstHealth Convenient Care will open in the Food Lion Shopping Center at 7473-C Highway 22 on Saturday, July 5. FirstHealth Family Medicine will open in the same location on July 21.
