FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital-Hoke Campus Now Open

RAEFORD— FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital-Hoke Campus officially opened at 8 a.m. Monday, Oct. 7.
The North Carolina Department of Health & Human Services issued the hospital’s license on Thursday, Oct. 3, after successful completion of the licensure survey. The hospital’s doors opened the first thing Monday morning to begin serving the patients of Hoke County.
“After many years of community efforts to bring a FirstHealth hospital to Hoke County, FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital-Hoke Campus finally opened its doors on Monday, Oct. 7,” says Brian Canfield, chief operating officer for Moore Regional Hospital. “This was a monumental event for both FirstHealth and Hoke County. We are extremely grateful for the community’s support, and we look forward to serving the residents of Hoke County for many more years to come.”
