FirstHealth Family Care Center-Raeford Welcomes New Clinic Manager

RAEFORD – Jeannisa Bowden has been named clinic manager and facility coordinator at the FirstHealth Family Care Center-Raeford.

Bowden has been in the medical field for nearly 25 years and has experience in both clinical and administrative responsibilities. She began her career at Montgomery Memorial Hospital, now FirstHealth Montgomery Memorial Hospital, working as a nursing assistant. She then moved to outpatient care, working for 11 years as a medical assistant at the FirstHealth Family Care Center in Troy and five years as an oncology patient assistant specialist with Pinehurst Medical Clinic in Pinehurst.
In her current role with the FirstHealth Family Care Center-Raeford, Bowden is responsible for the management of the clinic’s operational and administrative functions and ensuring the highest quality patient care and treatment.
Bowden received a medical assistant certification from Montgomery County Community College and a bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in health care management from Kaplan University.
The FirstHealth Family Care Center-Raeford is located at 313 Teal Drive. Clinic hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday; 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday; and 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday (walk-in clinic only).
