Hoke County Commissioners and Parks and Recreation Advisory Board members cut the ribbon for new playground equipment made possible by a $10,000 grant from FirstHealth of the Carolinas. The Oct. 14 ribbon-cutting program was held at the Hoke County Recreation Complex on Highway 211.
