FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital – Richmond Names 2021 Doctor of the Year

ROCKINGHAM – Julie Verchick, M.D., has been named FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital – Richmond’s 2021 Doctor of the Year.
Verchick (pictured, middle) is an emergency medicine physician in the MRH – Richmond emergency department. She has been recognized for her approachable attitude, willingness to talk with and educate patients and her great bedside manner.
Dr. Verchick maintains her calm, compassionate demeanor in stressful situations, and staff from all departments enjoy working with her. “We are fortunate to have Dr. Verchick on staff,” said John Jackson, president, southern region and administrator of MRH – Richmond.
“She is an excellent physician who shows great care and warmth to her patients and their families.”
