Sean P. Bush, M.D. Dr. Bush completed his medical degree at Texas A&M College of Medicine, College Station, Texas. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Loma Linda University Medical Center, Loma Linda, California. Dr. Bush is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and has published extensively on snake and spider bites. He is professionally associated with Teladoc.
At the completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
• Differentiate venomous spiders and other causes of wounds that have the appearance of a spider bite
• Discuss strategies for the prevention of arthropod bites/stings
• Manage arthropod envenomations
• Inspect public health and ecological perspectives
