This class will provide information to help you through your breast cancer diagnosis and surgery process. Topics will include:
- Preparation for surgery
- What to expect the day of surgery
- Post-operative and follow-up care
- Medical and radiation oncology referral process
- Emotional well being
- Community resources
This class is free and available to breast cancer patients and their caregivers. No registration is necessary. The class will take place at the Clara McLean House at 20 First Village Drive, Pinehurst, NC 28374. Click here for directions. Classes will not be held on Holidays.
