Being fit can be fun! FirstHealth Community Health Services has developed a fun program that will teach you how to PLAY and learn how to stay motivated. Designed for those who are sedentary, PLAY mixes cardio, strength and flexibility activities.
Each week you will learn a strategy to help you meet your fitness goals. In addition, you will receive tools to help you live a more active life.
Mondays, Feb, 22-March 28, 10:30-11:30 a.m. Classes meet one hour per week for six weeks. Fees run from $5 to $25, based on household income. Register by calling (888) 534-5333 or register online below.
