Eating right and being physically active are keys to good health at any time of life. Join us as our panel of fitness and nutrition experts demonstrate healthy cooking and physical activity tips. Come ready to move and enjoy a healthy snack!
The Moore Education Series consists of three monthly educational sessions designed for both men and women and will feature a panel-style discussion with a moderator. The series is free and open to the public. Each session will be held at the Clara McLean House, 20 FirstVillage Drive, Pinehurst.
