FirstHealth of the Carolinas celebrated the upcoming opening of the new FirstHealth Convenient Care and Family Medicine office in Whispering Pines with a Tuesday, July 1, ribbon-cutting ceremony. Others participating in the program included Dan Barnes, D.O., president of the FirstHealth Physician Group; Whispering Pines Mayor Bob Zschoche; Al O’Connell, of FirstHealth Family Medicine Operations; and Linda Parsons, interim president and chief executive officer of the Moore County Chamber of Commerce. FirstHealth Convenient Care will open in the Food Lion Shopping Center at 7473-C Highway 22 on Saturday, July 5. FirstHealth Family Medicine will open in the same location on July 21.
