FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, NC offers free weight-loss surgery information sessions twice a month, almost* every month. They believe it is important to provide the opportunity for people to learn more about possible weight-loss options, since diet and exercise doesn’t always work for everyone. These weight-loss information sessions are chock-full of benefits for people interested in learning about weight-loss surgery options and finding the option that is the best fit for them. This is the first step on the journey to weight-loss.
At a FirstHealth free weight-loss information session, potential patients from all over North Carolina have the chance to meet the physician and patient navigator, learn about the procedures FirstHealth Moore Regional offers, and ask questions. They will also have the opportunity to hear success stories from past bariatric patients.
The weight-loss information sessions are frequently attended by potential patients from the Pinehurst, Raeford, Sanford, Lumberton, Laurinburg, Rockingham, and Troy regions of North Carolina. They meet in at the Clara McLean House on the first Thursday and the third Monday of every month at 6 p.m. Registering prior to the seminar is encouraged but not mandatory. For more information, please call (800) 213-3284.
*Except when a seminar falls on a holiday.
