Classification of Employment

Full-time - A full-time employee is scheduled to work at least 72 hours per pay period.
Three-Quarter Time - An employee is scheduled to work an average of 60 hours or more per pay period.
Half-Time - An employee is scheduled to work an average of 40 hours or more per pay period​.
Casual Part-Time - A casual part-time employee is scheduled to work fewer than 40 hours per pay period.

Retirement Growth Plan (RGP)

FirstHealth contributes an amount equal to 1% of gross annual earnings into employee’s account. Discretionary contribution based on FirstHealth’s annual performance with Board of Directors approval. Partial vesting after 2 years. 100% vesting after 5 years.
