Whether playing catch in the backyard or catching northern pike on their annual fishing trip, the “Krahnert boys” have a strong family tradition of togetherness. From father to son and grandfather to grandson, the values they have shared over the years have led to a lifelong relationship built on mutual caring and respect.

Dr. John F. Krahnert Jr. built the open-heart surgery program at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital on these same principles. Through the vital role he has played in the Stepping Stones Campaign, he has created a tradition of caring and respect that will last for generations.
