Joyce Stanton Greene

Whether walking along a path in the arboretum that her generous contributions help support or working with the Stepping Stones Campaign as it leads the mid-Carolinas down a path to ever-higher levels of medical excellence, Joyce Stanton Greene is recognized as a tireless advocate of philanthropy. Because of her efforts related to the advancements in our region’s health care, she was named “A Woman of Distinction” at the Women’s Health Care Forum.
For two decades, Joyce has generously given her time as a volunteer at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital and as a board member for the Hospital Auxiliary, the FirstHealth Hospice Foundation and the Moore Regional Hospital Foundation.
Through her philanthropy, she has made a true investment in life.
“Giving is the investment in living that pays the dividends we need: health and happiness.”
