Whether learning to soar above the clouds at the controls of a single-engine plane or helping FirstHealth of the Carolinas’ cancer and heart programs reach new heights, Jean Jones always sets her mind to take flight. After recovering from a serious illness, she decided it was her responsibility – and honor – to give back to those who had helped her during that difficult time. An Honorarium donation supporting the Foundation of FirstHealth’s Cancer CARE and Heart CARE funds was her way of saying thank you and offering a clear example of her dedication to “Keeping FirstHealth First.”

As members of the Stepping Stones Campaign Committee and the Foundation’s Legacy Committee, Jean and her husband, Larry, have been kept busy getting the word out about
