$25 - Assists patients with co-payments for essential medications
$50 - Provides transportation to and from cardiac rehabilitation
$75 - Contributes towards scholarships for uninsured/underinsured patients to participate in community cardiac care programs
$100 - Contributes towards continuing education for staff to maintain best practices in cardiac care
$150 - Contributes towards investment and ongoing maintenance of technologies in cardiac rehabilitation
You may make your donation in memory or honor of someone special. Your gift will be acknowledged, and a personalized letter will be sent to the person or family of the person you have honored or memorialized.
