Aqua Aerobics features moderate to high-intensity aerobic exercises in the pool, followed by use of weights or noodles for resistance training. Exercises cover all joint range of motions.

Aerobic conditioning and toning in the pool designed for all levels.

What to bring to class
Swim wear, body towel, water bottle, aqua shoes (optional). All exercise equipment provided.
