Following Gov. Roy Cooper’s announcement that North Carolina would move to Safer at Home Phase 2.5 in its response to the COVID-19 pandemic, FirstHealth Fitness - Southern Pines officially reopened its doors to members Friday, Sept. 4.
In compliance with Gov. Cooper’s latest COVID-19 executive order, masks will be required inside the fitness center at all times starting Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2020 until further notice.
Many safety protocols put in place during our partial reopening the last few months will remain in place, ensuring that our center is ready to safely serve the health and fitness needs of our members and the community.
As a medical fitness center, FirstHealth Fitness – Southern Pines is more than just a gym. The center’s programs are medically based and under the supervision of a medical doctor. In addition, the center’spersonal trainersandfitness coaches have college degrees in the fitness field as well as national certifications so you can rest assured that you’re receiving quality information and guidance.
FirstHealth Fitness – Southern Pines, located at 205 Davis Road, is a 16+ facility offering innovativegroup exercise,aquatic center, swimming lessons,educational lectures on a variety of health and wellness topics plus on-site massage and acupuncture services.
