Total Health
The Total Health Membership is designed for individuals who would like a higher level of motivation and guidance to participate in a comprehensive exercise program. Our professional staff will provide you with an individualized exercise program and complete nutrition guidelines. Let our certified staff help you achieve the most out of your exercise program. This plan is ideal for the person who wishes to make the most of our programs, facilities and staff expertise. A complimentary Health Assessment and Nutrition evaluation is included.
Fitness
Designed for the more independent exerciser, this plan offers unlimited use of the facility and access to all cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, Olympic free weights, group exercise classes and indoor pool.
