Indoor Cycling

A non-impact cardio class that will also enhance your lower body strength and core. Class is performed on a stationary cycling bike.  Designed for all fitness levels. 

An indoor cycling workout that provides non-impact cardio training with inspirational music. The intensity of the ride is controlled by the resistance dial and pedal speed. Please note this class requires a reservation. To reserve a bike call (910) 715-1800.

What to bring to class
Water Bottle, towel, clip-on cycle shoes (SPD compatible) optional or athletic shoes, bike shorts or capri recommended. Any padded "bicycle" seat cover (optional).
