Following Gov. Roy Cooper's announcement that North Carolina would move to Safer at Home Phase 2.5 in its response to the COVID-19 pandemic, FirstHealth Fitness - Raeford officially reopened its doors to members Friday, Sept. 4.
In compliance with Gov. Cooper’s latest COVID-19 executive order, masks will be required inside the fitness center at all times starting Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2020 until further notice.
Many safety protocols put in place during our partial reopening will remain, ensuring that our center is ready to safely serve the health and fitness needs or our members and the community.
As a medical fitness center, FirstHealth Fitness – Raeford is more than just a gym. All of the programs are medically based and under the supervision of a medical doctor. Located at 313 Teal Drive, the center features the latest in cardio and weight training equipment as well as innovativegroup exercise classesandpersonal training. The aquatics center includes an indoor heated pool, whirlpool and full-service locker rooms.
In addition to child care services, the center offers a variety of children’s programming including swimming lessons, a basketball court, aquatic center, educational lectures on a variety of health and wellness topics and on-site massage services.
