Massage Service Policies

We accept cash, check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA.
If you have a gift certificate, please mention it when scheduling your appointment and bring the certificate with you.  

General information
Massage therapy sessions are offered in 30, 60 or 90 minute intervals.  Your session time includes a short assessment of your needs and discussion about your preferences. The first time you come to our offices, you will be asked to fill out some forms that help us understand you more. You should plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for this. For sequential appointments, arrival 10 minutes ahead of time is OK.

If you are not feeling well, or have a fever, you should not receive a massage. Call to reschedule.

If you'd like to cancel an appointment, you must contact our offices at (910) 715-1811. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be automatically charged to your account.
