Sound Bath Meditation
Relax with this half-hour meditation featuring singing bowls, gongs, percussion, chimes and tuning forks. Benefits of sound baths include lowered stress, improved mood, increased focus and energy. Participants should bring a yoga or fitness mat, blanket and small pillow for comfort.
