Senior Functional Training (ages 60+) 4-wk session

Training sessions in studio B multipurpose room

Functional Training for Seniors (ages 60+) is designed to offer exercises that will improve full-body strength, agility, flexibility, and balance. We will use hand weights, resistance bands, and body weight, with a variety of seated and standing exercises. You will learn how to safely move your body and keep those muscles strong.
Participants should be able to go up and down stairs.
