For many people, their “core” is their weakest link. If that’s the case, it can be difficult to know which exercises to do because
much of what we see and hear about are planks and advanced moves that may not be appropriate (yet!).
Join us to learn several exercises to help you build abdominal and low back strength. There will be modifications and progressions, so
you’ll have many exercises to fill your core toolbox.
Participants should be able to get down to and up from the floor.
