Following Gov. Roy Cooper's announcement this week that North Carolina would move to Safer at Home Phase 2.5 in its response to the COVID-19 pandemic, FirstHealth Fitness - Pinehurst will officially reopen its doors to members Friday, Sept. 4.
Many safety protocols implemented during our partial reopening the last few months will remain in place, ensuring that our center is ready to safely serve the health and fitness needs of our members and the community.
Monday-Thursday, 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday-Sunday, 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday - Thursday, 4 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, 8:30 - 11 a.m.
As a medical fitness center, FirstHealth Fitness - Pinehurst is more than just a gym. All of our programs are medically based and under the supervision of a medical doctor.
Our personal trainers and fitness coaches have college degrees in the fitness field and a licensed dietitian is on staff, so you can rest assured you’re receiving quality information and guidance. With more than 63,000 square feet, our flagship facility at 170 Memorial Drive offers the region's largest free-weight area, innovative group exercise, aquatic center, swimming lessons, children’s programs, nutrition services and massage therapy.
