Following clarification from our Attorney General, on June 15 we are opening our doors to members who utilize our medically-directed programs, including the Exercise is Medicine and Rock Steady Boxing Programs. Find out how you can return to the exercise that keeps you healthy. Masks will be required for all members entering the building, but they can be removed during exercise.
The rest of our facility will continue to operate on a modified schedule that includes outdoor group exercise classes and access to the pool. We have answers to some of your frequently asked questions about our phase 2 partial reopening. We will be offering swim lessons, although there have been changes on the number of children per class and the number of people who can attend. More info on how to register.
As a medical fitness center, FirstHealth Fitness - Pinehurst is more than just a gym. All of our programs are medically based and under the supervision of a medical doctor.
Our personal trainers and fitness coaches have college degrees in the fitness field and a licensed dietitian is on staff, so you can rest assured you’re receiving quality information and guidance.
With more than 63,000 square feet, our flagship facility at 170 Memorial Drive offers the region's largest free-weight area, innovative group exercise, aquatic center, swimming lessons, children’s programs, nutrition services and massage therapy.
