The nurse staff and provider was very helpful, friendly, and made me extremely comfortable , seen, and heard! Each one took my concerns, problems and health issues I was experiencing to heart and made me feel at eased! And in my opinion was very quick but throw! I did not feel like just a number they made me feel like family! Which is very rare these days! I would recommend anyone and everyone to this location (whispering pines) from start to finish I was highly impressed! When one is already feeling terrible and sick they don't want to deal with rude, and inconsiderate people and I was so happy that was not the case here! Each person on board took the care of the patient seriously with love, care and compassion! 10/10 (Even the cleanliness of building was top notch!)

The nurse was absolutely amazing. We've had her actually three times there before over the course of a couple of years, and she's absolutely one of the best I have ever had at an urgent care visit. She listens well. She is responsive and timely. She's absolutely great with children. I just want to make sure that this feedback is received. She's absolutely wonderful and definitely a 10 out of 10. Thank you.

The staff was awesome! Working for Moore County schools, I need to be seen quickly so I can return to work! It took me 40 minutes to get in and out!

Amazing staff and the doctor was outstanding. Honestly, I could barely hear out of my ear before going in, and I walked out feeling completely back to normal. Great experience from start to finish!

Zena was very helpful. She listened to everything I had to say. She took her time. I didn't feel like I was rushed. And I also felt like she really cared when she was taking care of me. So I give her a 10 plus. Very patient nurse practitioner. I really like her. She's very warm. She makes you feel welcome and she makes you feel comfortable in telling her anything that's going on with your health.

So glad this option is now available

Every staff member performed their job exceptionally and they were all extremely helpful, friendly and kind. It was one of the best experiences ever.

I had to wait a long time to see the doctor, but once I got back there, everything started speeding up and they really did take good care of me. It was just a long time waiting to get back there, but I thank y'all for y'all services.

Every time I use whispering pines urgent care it is an amazing experience. Fast, clean, courteous. I've never been to a better urgent care. As a bus family with 3 young kids, we appreciate the staff so much. They are truly above and beyond the best in the area

Even though I brought my daughter in late; close to closing hour, the nurse and doctor both took their time to really check her out and make sure she felt better before leaving! This gave me a least a little peace of mind for the night with a sick baby! So thankful there are still medical staff like these women that cares!
