I told her that the dermatologist office directed us to come to convenient care to get a Rx as a bridge until her upcoming derm appointment and told them exactly what they told us to ask for (Doxycycline) and she lectured me as if I was seeking a controlled substance. I felt shamed.

They were all sweet to me. They got me in and out in a timely manner.

They gave me an immediate referral. Great service.

I came in for a UTI (I knew I had one since I've had it before) the provider was VERY rude about me taking AZO. She claimed it messed up her dipstick test and couldn't give me antibiotics (I'm pregnant) it was a very bad experience and I do not recommend this provider

I was very impressed by my overall experience being from out of town. Every interaction was surprisingly professional and caring. Definitely a positive surprise.

Yes, I would like to give some feedback. I love First Health at Whispering Pines, much better than any that I've ever attended to. So I wish I could go every time I got sick, but it's a little bit further, but you have a great staff there, always pleasant, happy, doctors are so good. They just, any of them. X-ray, loved him when I've been there before, nice guy, just extremely nice. But I wished every one of First Health Clinics was like that. Thank you. Bye.

The waiting area was comfortable and not crowded. In the exam room, the physician listened, put me at ease, and asked pertinent questions. The session was comfortable and if needed, I will return again.

I am a retired medical professional. The care received from the Urgent Care staff in every aspect of my visit was nothing short of excellent. Very,very impressive. Thank You.

Taken to exam room quickly. Then waited for an hour for doctor to examine me. Prescribed medication and sent to pharmacy. There was only one patient ahead of me when I checked in.

Wait was a bit longer than expected but was seen quickly once taken back. Everyone was friendly. They reviewed meds and asked about medical history. Examined the problem thoroughly and went over treatment plans. Scripts were sent in immediately. Actual visit was very quick but thorough.
