I wanted to thank the team on Whispering Pines First Health Clinic. I was visibly sick that day. They took very good care of me, ordered stat imaging, got it ordered and done right away. My results were called to me, ASAP, as I was leaving the parking.

I was impressed with the care and professionalism from those at the front desk to the nurse, lab tech and PA regarding my issue and then what a comprehensive report they made to My Chart for the visit and test result notes.

People were very nice and efficient in their job. Thank you!!!!

The doctor that I saw was amazing and she helped so much. She's doing a great job. And she heard me out very well and my pain went away after seeing her, so she's good.

I was only disappointed because my test results came back as positive for Covid but there was no follow up with a prescription or any advice.

Doctor Zena was an absolute jewel!, she calmed my concerns, made me totally relaxed and took fantastic care of me. The nurse and reception staff was as well exceptional.

It was fantastic. We were able to make a same day appointment within a timely manner to get ears checked for an ear infection. The appointment was extremely short and we were able to pick up my prescription almost immediately at the Harris Teeter across the street and I was grateful to get antibiotics going so soon after the diagnosis of an ear infection.

The provider needs more help.

I was treated about 20!days earlier for a UTI and prescribed an antibiotic. I returned that day because it wasn't bette', so she says d she was gibing me something stronger. Enddd up in ED that evening and the doctor said what she prescribed earlier was actually much weaker than before, so he was prescribing something much stronger. I ended up in ED from an accidental fall. He wanted to keep me for a few days and I said no. He didn't agree so I checked myself out and left with no medication for my UTI. Now I don't know or have anything to take to treat my UTI! What should I do?

There were a lot of people ahead of me so it took some time to be seen. Once my vitals and information was recorded I saw the provider very quickly. She treated me very well and I was on my way fairly quickly.

The nurse seemed like she didn't have time to hear my concerns when my bp was a little low. It was 94/62. It's usually around 185/90. So she didn't see in my chart about that. So when I asked the doctor about it she blew me off as well and acted like she couldn't get out of the room fast enough. The nurse came back in all angry acting bc she was asked to re-check my bp. When I asked her what it was reading the first time she snapped at me then told me what it was. I questioned her asking if it was on the low side and she told me to go to cvs or Walgreens if I was concerned with it. What??? Not sure if she was having a rough day but that's rude to talk to anyone like that.

The staff is always respectful and caring and I've never had an issue with anything.
