I came in for a hard to shake bout of acute bronchitis. I was seen within a reasonable time frame. The only improvement would better enforcement of the mask requirement in the waiting room besides just a sign at the reception window. There were adults and children there with respiratory infections, but none wore a mask. Would hate for patients to go for treatment of one disease only to pick up another.

Still in pain, waiting on urinalysis. I should have gone to ER and gotten a quick diagnosis and received treatment for my issue. 2 day waiting period for the test I received. However, I'm thankful for these First Health offices around Moore County with after hours walk in visits. Thank you for all that your staff does for our community. God's blessings to you all ??

The nurse was SO kind and through and nice and personable. The dr was very efficient and I felt confident in her treatment.

Zena was great. She was knowledgeable, patient, took the right amount of time to expain and perform the procedure.

When I was taken back to the room, they said the provider was doing a procedure and would be with me shortly. An hour later she finally came in. Then it was another half hour before I got x-rays. Then she finally came back in to give me results.

I would like to have seen the x rays. MD was very inconvenienced by my request. She refused to show us the x ray. She did at least say, " You can have a boot if you want it." With a nice shrug of 'doesn't really matter to me'!
