They were very busy so it took a long time to see doctor, but the doctor and most staff were very nice

The wait time was ridiculous. We were there for 2 hours and of that time maybe had 15 minutes with Doctor, etc. This has never happened to us with any other convenient care office in the area. We have lived here for 25 years.

The provider not knowing my daughter's medical history is not a negative. She is primarily seen at Sandhills Peds, but we came here with the onset on Strep so close to Christmas Day. All was wonderful!

I walked into the waiting room, went to the receptionist and said, "I am bleeding." I was taken to a room immediately, x-rays followed two minutes later. There were no broken bones and the wounds were cleaned and bandaged within five minutes. It was the best experience I have had in an Urgent Care facility.

Recommend this facility....clean, efficient, courteous, timely.
