Every staff member performed their job exceptionally and they were all extremely helpful, friendly and kind. It was one of the best experiences ever.

I had to wait a long time to see the doctor, but once I got back there, everything started speeding up and they really did take good care of me. It was just a long time waiting to get back there, but I thank y'all for y'all services.

Provider and x ray tech as well as nurse were very courteous

Every time I use whispering pines urgent care it is an amazing experience. Fast, clean, courteous. I've never been to a better urgent care. As a bus family with 3 young kids, we appreciate the staff so much. They are truly above and beyond the best in the area

The staff here were so friendly, the visit went smoothly

Even though I brought my daughter in late; close to closing hour, the nurse and doctor both took their time to really check her out and make sure she felt better before leaving! This gave me a least a little peace of mind for the night with a sick baby! So thankful there are still medical staff like these women that cares!

I experienced good treatment. However, for an unknown reason to me, they were short-staffed and there was a long wait time there should be a way for them to have a on call. Doctor come to their location when needed

They were busy and I understand that.But the wait time was long. And I felt really bad and that didn't help. Everything else was fine.

I am very happy with the service at this location, everyone was so helpful from the front desk lady, the nurse was very caring, the Dr. was great she actually checked our vitals and gave us medicine! Overall very good experience we will coming back to this location.

This First Health Walk-In is always terrific with great people who listen to me, evaluate me quickly and efficiently and treat my issue in an expeditious manner. I always feel confident going there when I can't see my GP, because they help me, prescribe whatever I need and get me on my way home.

Least wait time ever!

The whole staff from the time you walk in ,seen by the nurse and treated by the doctor is just excellent. The care was top notch and I am very pleased with this locations ability to serve the people in a timely fashion. Thank God for all the ladies on staff yesterday. Thank you ?
