Awesome!!!

I was treated about 20!days earlier for a UTI and prescribed an antibiotic. I returned that day because it wasn't bette', so she says d she was gibing me something stronger. Enddd up in ED that evening and the doctor said what she prescribed earlier was actually much weaker than before, so he was prescribing something much stronger. I ended up in ED from an accidental fall. He wanted to keep me for a few days and I said no. He didn't agree so I checked myself out and left with no medication for my UTI. Now I don't know or have anything to take to treat my UTI! What should I do?

There were a lot of people ahead of me so it took some time to be seen. Once my vitals and information was recorded I saw the provider very quickly. She treated me very well and I was on my way fairly quickly.

The nurse seemed like she didn't have time to hear my concerns when my bp was a little low. It was 94/62. It's usually around 185/90. So she didn't see in my chart about that. So when I asked the doctor about it she blew me off as well and acted like she couldn't get out of the room fast enough. The nurse came back in all angry acting bc she was asked to re-check my bp. When I asked her what it was reading the first time she snapped at me then told me what it was. I questioned her asking if it was on the low side and she told me to go to cvs or Walgreens if I was concerned with it. What??? Not sure if she was having a rough day but that's rude to talk to anyone like that.

The staff is always respectful and caring and I've never had an issue with anything.

Clean and modern facility. Intake staff was very competent. Wait time was reasonable...considering this was an urgent care visit. Nurse and PA were friendly an informative.

First time using this facility. Waited around 1hour 15 minutes.

Overall great experience. Those who helped were caring and knowledgeable. Helped alleviate part of my problem to where I was comfortable and made sure I understood my follow up instructions. Highly recommend the Whispering Pines Convenient Care facility.

I told her that the dermatologist office directed us to come to convenient care to get a Rx as a bridge until her upcoming derm appointment and told them exactly what they told us to ask for (Doxycycline) and she lectured me as if I was seeking a controlled substance. I felt shamed.

They were all sweet to me. They got me in and out in a timely manner.

They gave me an immediate referral. Great service.

I came in for a UTI (I knew I had one since I've had it before) the provider was VERY rude about me taking AZO. She claimed it messed up her dipstick test and couldn't give me antibiotics (I'm pregnant) it was a very bad experience and I do not recommend this provider

I'll be back.

I was very impressed by my overall experience being from out of town. Every interaction was surprisingly professional and caring. Definitely a positive surprise.
