The staff was awesome. They helped me immensely in a timely manner. Very grateful for them.

The PA tried diligently for 90 minutes to remove the tip of my hearing aid from my ear. The pain was excrutiating. When he finally gave up my husband asked why he was unable to remove the object. He said he did not have the correct instruments!!!!!!! This is what the ENT said when I saw him today. The ENT said the PA had made it worse by pushing the object against the ear drum and that was what was causing all my pain. The PA tried to help me but maybe he should not have if you are not going to give him the tools to work with!

Excellent overall experience. I had no wait, was seen by a thoughtful physician, and felt like my concerns were addressed.

This was my first visit to this facility, I had went to the one in Raeford earlier after sitting at that one 45 minutes & people coming after me being called before me. I left to run an errand & decided to visit this one. I got lost, on the way to this facility, the lady on the phone was a little rude, I was in pain so I let it go, then when I arrived it was very dark, I called again & asked how do you get in, she was a bit brusque, with her answer, I asked because it was dark & I couldn't tell if it was open or not, there were no cars in the front, I then drove around the building twice, before I called the second time. Upon going inside the receptionist was very pleasant as well as the nurse who took me back. I can sort of understand her rudeness on the phone, it was almost closing time & here I am in my agony. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes...
