A complete waste of my time, ended up going to the er for proper treatment

Provider listened to my problem and efficiently and quickly solved. Awesome experience. Wish my personal care provider on other side was even half as good.

I felt unheard by the doctor. Seemed like he had already made up his mind before he came in the room.

The provider I saw was absolutely excellent. The person at the front desk seemed uninterested in helping me or checking me in and acted like she had other things to do and like I was a bother.

Staff was amazing. I love everything about First Health.

He was great!! Great bedside manner, very thorough and clear.

I was very pleased with the service from the provider and the nurses. Just a little wait longer than I thought in the waiting room, not in the waiting room, to get in to see the provider. So anytime they can speed that up, that's the best. Nothing worse than just waiting. So anyway, that's all I wanted to say. They were absolutely fantastic, though, servicing me. Thank you.

My visit was a wonderful surprise! I felt like someone important. Not just another "OLD" person. The young man made me feel as though I could have been his grandmother. We have considered moving back to GA, as all the medical documentation is shared among most medical services. We found that to be an issue here. Many areas have not interacted in regard to medical info from one location to another in the surrounding area.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and super nice. Great experience.

TaylorTown location had an X-Ray issue so they worked with Southern Pines location to get us seen. So, we got to TaylorTown a little after 6pm and had to drive to Southern Pines and then didnt get seen until 730pm

I will continue to use this place
